Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity to lead operational process management and analytics?

The Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) is looking for a highly motivated and dependable individual to join our Operations Division in this new role.

The Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) is a publicly accountable, statutory corporation responsible for administering the land title and survey systems of BC. These systems provide the foundation for all real property business and ownership in the province.

Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, the Director, Process Management and Analytics (the “Director”) is responsible for facilitating process change and continuous improvement by liaising with Operations leaders to review operational performance metrics/insights and providing strategic direction to the Process Management and Analytics team.

The Director manages metrics/report gathering and analysis for the organization; provides direction and support for all technical Operations Division business processes including ASTRA System Workbench (for land titles, surveyor general and Parcel Map BC), and myLTSA; and non-technical process leadership and support for all other Operations Division processes.

We would like to hear from you if you have:

  • A post-secondary degree in a business or technical subject, MBA preferred
  • 7 – 10 years business experience in a similar or related field
  • LEAN or Six-Sigma certification
  • Significant experience leading process re-engineering in a high transaction volume, production-focused environment
  • Experience with “Power BI” or similar business intelligence toolset preferred
  • Significant experience managing data, metrics, and insights for business

In addition, you have proven leadership skills, a natural ability to motivate and support others, and you adapt well to co-workers and customers with different styles and levels of experience. You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented and production-focused environment and juggle multiple priorities. Familiarity with LTSA operations, and domain knowledge of Land Title and Survey Systems and myLTSA would be considered an asset.
