The Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) is a publicly accountable, statutory corporation responsible for administering the land title and survey systems of BC. These systems provide the foundation for all real property business and ownership in the province.

We are currently accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our New Westminster Land Title Office. The CSR position provides a good introduction to our organization and to basic land title examination.

Working in a team environment, the CSR provides customers with information about products and procedural requirements; determines and collects appropriate fees for over-the-counter services; and provides administrative support to staff within the Land Title Office.

Candidates with secondary school graduation and additional education and/or training in legal, business, or office administration are invited to submit their resumes. Candidates should be strong team players, have excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, and a strong customer service aptitude. Candidates should also be comfortable with technology, and proficient using MS Office products. Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate the following:

  • an ability to work with detailed legal concepts;
  • an understanding of historical records and systems;
  • the ability to identify, analyze and interpret technical data;
  • the ability to organize and independently manage workloads with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
