Craig D. Johnston, LL.B., is the Vice President, Policy and Legal Services.

Craig joined the LTSA in March 2006 as Registrar of Land Titles for the Victoria and Kamloops Land Title Offices. He became the Director of Land Titles in 2008, and held that role for ten years. Prior to joining the LTSA, Craig worked both in private practice as a litigator and solicitor, and as sole corporate counsel with a large BC-based land developer and hotel operator. He has extensive real estate and corporate/commercial experience serving both commercial and residential clients.

Craig obtained his LL.B. from the University of Victoria in 1994, and began his legal career in private practice in Victoria and Vancouver.
