All LTSA operations are funded from revenues earned from land title and survey services provided to customers. Service fee levels are established in compliance with requirements set out in the Operating Agreement with the Province. Under the terms of the Operating Agreement, over half of the revenue from most LTSA services is remitted back to the Province.

Net earnings, achieved through prudent financial management, are re-invested to achieve land title and survey public policy objectives.
