Realtors and their firms rely on title searches and other LTSA records to verify a seller has the legal right to sell a property, and to understand any encumbrances or other issues that could prevent the completion of a real estate transaction.

The LTSA offers two online services – myLTSA Explorer and myLTSA Enterprise – for realtors to search LTSA records.

The British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA) provides input to the LTSA through the Stakeholder Advisory Committee, and nominates a director to the LTSA Board of Directors. The LTSA also works closely with the BCREA on training and informing realtors on how to use myLTSA.
