The Land Title and Survey Authority of BC (LTSA) has updated the local government names used in the myLTSA system. Local government names on titles and parcels are now aligned with the naming conventions set by the Ministry of Community, Sport and Cultural Development (MCSCD).

Title searches will display the local government names used by MCSCD. For example the “CITY OF VANCOUVER” will now appear as “Vancouver, City of”.

No other changes to title have occurred.
