The Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, the BC Northern Real Estate Board and the Chilliwack and District Real Estate Board have all introduced AUTOPROP as a new service available to their members. REALTORS® from these boards join Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver members who already use AUTOPROP to research and analyze property sales and land value across British Columbia. Currently, 18,633 of 23,000 REALTORS® across BC can access AUTOPROP through their local real estate board membership.

AUTOPROP combines over 125 paid subscription database sources into a single search, providing easy access to a wide range of property information. Using AUTOPROP, REALTORS® can quickly gather relevant and detailed property information and provide it to their clients in a visually appealing format.

AUTOPROP technology is owned by the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA), a publicly accountable, statutory corporation responsible for administering the land title and survey systems of BC. These systems are the foundation for all real property business and ownership in the province. The LTSA is established as a regulatory authority, independent from government.

AUTOPROP continues to work with remaining BC real estate boards to expand access to the service across the province. Current benefits for boards include access to province-wide information and introductory pricing.
