The next release of myLTSA security enhancements is scheduled for November 20, 2017. While most of these enhancements will be seamless with your myLTSA experience, customers who forget their account login information or who need to update their password will notice a change in how passwords are handled.

To set a new password, customers will be required to:

  • Provide a response to the security question associated with the user account when it was originally activated.
  • Create a password that is different from the 5 previous passwords used for logging in to myLTSA.
  • Ensure the new password contains a minimum of 8 characters that include 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 symbol and 1 number.

If you experience difficulties in resetting your password, please contact either your Account Administrator or myLTSA Technical Support at myLTSATechSupport@ltsa.ca or by phone at 604-630-9630 or 1-877-577-LTSA (5872), option 2. When contacting myLTSA Technical Support, please ensure you have your contact information at hand to validate your identity.
