The Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) plans to provide customers with expanded ParcelMap BC access and several myLTSA workflow enhancements. Scheduled for release in July 2017, these capabilities help continually improve our customers’ experience and provide flexible service options for accessing land title and survey information.

ParcelMap BC Improvements

  • Property owners will soon be able to use the ParcelMap BC viewer to search for parcels and view select parcel attributes—such as PID or parcel identifier number, plan number and parcel type—all from the LTSA website.
  • myLTSA customers using ParcelMap BC will soon be able to view parcel information and miscellaneous notes in tandem with the original parcel details, as well as gain the ability to preview a plan before ordering. Customers will also see further navigation improvements to their mobile experience.

Search Services Improvements

  • myLTSA Explorer users will soon be able to order land title documents in addition to plans. In this way, customers can choose to receive all the relevant information about a given parcel at the time of ordering.

Electronic Filing System Improvements

  • myLTSA Enterprise customers will soon be able to provide one-click authorization in submitting application withdrawal requests. This streamlined workflow will maintain process integrity while ensuring customers such as legal professionals are not burdened with extensive processing requirements.

These system enhancements will be made available in July 2017 with updated support tools and information through the myLTSA Help site. Customers are welcome to contact the myLTSA Technical Support team with any system questions at myLTSATechSupport@ltsa.ca or by phone at 604-630-9630 or 1-877-577-LTSA (5872), option 2.
