The Director of Land Titles of British Columbia has discontinued supporting the use of Adobe Acrobat Standard and Professional versions 9 and X (10) for electronically filed applications. Assistance to customers with unexpected Acrobat-related software errors or unexpected system behaviour will no longer be provided by the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA). 

The Director recommends that customers upgrade to Acrobat Standard or Professional DC or use Acrobat version XI (11) to avoid technical errors or issues relating to electronic filing.
