The Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) plans to provide customers with the following enhancements in July 2018:

  1. Updates to Scan on Demand service for documents
    Customers using the Scan on Demand service will be asked to include the PID and other identifying information in the service request screen. This information will help improve service fulfillment.
  2. Improvements to Tax Certificates Online service
    In coordination with Access Point Information Canada (APIC), error message handling with the Tax Certificates Online service has been improved. Customers will receive clearer notifications about order errors and what actions can be taken to resolve them. Customers will also only be shown those municipalities from which a relevant certificate can be ordered.
