The Ministry of Finance has authorized a new Property Transfer Tax (PTT) form (version 27) that is now in effect. The  is due to the introduction of an Additional Tax and is available for download through the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC (LTSA) website.

IMPORTANT: ONLY VERSION 27 OF THE PROPERTY TRANSFER TAX FORM WILL BE ACCEPTED EFFECTIVE AUGUST 2, 2016.
