The Director of Land Titles (Director) has published new versions of three land title forms, in effect November 20, 2017. These forms are available through a myLTSA Enterprise account or from the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) website:

These forms have been updated in support of changes with various Acts and a Land Title Office practice change. View details.

Please note that Version 23 of Form C - General Instrument - Charge, along with Version 15 of the LTO Application to Deposit Plan form, have been retired effective November 20, 2017 due to technical issues. Older versions of the following forms are scheduled to be retired on May 7, 2018:

Effective November 20, 2017, the Director has also updated section 5.2.4 in the  and the Land Title Electronic Forms Guidebook (the "Green Book"). This update reflects a practice change whereby a Form F may no longer be appended to the electronic declaration form.

Where a Form F under the Strata Property Act is required to accompany an application, the yellow box "Form F Statement" must be selected on the electronic declaration. When this yellow box is selected, the electronic declaration is populated with a statement that confirms the subscriber has the Form F in their possession, together with the prescribed Form F wording. Consequently, the Form F is not required and must not be attached.
