The Director of Land Titles (Director) has published new versions of land title form templates. These updated forms are now available for download through myLTSA Enterprise or on the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC (LTSA) website:

  • Form C – Charge
  • Form 17 – Fee Simple
  • Form 17 – Charge
  • Form 17 – Cancellation of Charge, Notation or Filing

The Director recommends practitioners download the latest versions of these forms for immediate use. Refer to PDF icon Completion Instructions for Electronic Forms for assistance. Previous versions will still be accepted but will be phased out on October 2, 2017.
