As announced on July 12, 2017, the Director of Land Titles (Director) has published new versions of land title forms, in effect November 6, 2017. These updated forms can be downloaded through a myLTSA Enterprise account or from the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) website:

These forms have been updated in support of changes with various Acts and a Land Title Office practice change. View details. Older versions of the above forms are scheduled to be retired on May 7, 2018.

The Director would like to also confirm that the original retirement date of October 2, 2017 was extended to take effect November 6, 2017 for the following forms:

  • Form C – Charge (version 21)
  • Form 17 – Charge (version 12)
  • Form 17 – Cancellation of Charge (version 13)
  • Form 17 – Fee Simple (version 11)
