As announced on February 25, 2019, the Ministry of Finance launched the Condo and Strata Assignment Integrity Register (CSAIR) to improve real estate transparency in B.C. Reports confirming assignment activity must be filed quarterly, until after the final strata plan is deposited with the Land Title Office.
