Please note that we are currently experiencing issues with Survey Plan Dataset Submissions for Explanatory Plans, specifically with Step 2 and the Validate Dataset - Average Combined Factor Check. This check is causing an error for this plan type that cannot be overridden, resulting in a dataset that is not able to be submitted by the land surveyor.

We are working with our solution provider for an emergency fix and we will provide an update when available. The Customer Service team is aware of this issue.
