Between June 10 - July 5, 2019, myLTSA Enterprise customers who order Scan on Demand records from the Victoria Land Title Office may experience a delay in the fulfillment of their requests.

These delays are a result of tambour (vertical sliding) doors being installed on shelving units in the Victoria Land Title vault. This improvement is to help protect the LTSA historic records collection in the event of a fire or water incident. During door installation, access to land title vault will be limited, and therefore record requests may take longer to fulfill than usual.
