The Director of Land Titles (Director) plans to provide updated land title form templates on November 6, 2017. The updated forms will be available for download from a myLTSA Enterprise account or from the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) website:

  • Form 17 - Charge
  • Form 17 - Release
  • Form C - Charge
  • Form C - Release
  • Local Government Filing Form
  • LTO Application to Deposit Plan

Once available, the Director recommends practitioners download the latest versions of the forms for immediate use. Previous versions will still be accepted but will be phased out by the end of 2017.

The LTO Application to Deposit Plan Form will be updated with improvements to dropdown menu items in the schedules for Owner/Charge Signatures, Approver Signatures, and Surveyor General Signatures, as follows:

  • Re-order dropdown selection items for greater clarity and consistency
  • Update the language used to describe approval types for greater clarity and consistency
  • Remove references to changed or outdated General Survey Instruction Rules
