The Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) has updated its , in effect May 1, 2018. 

The Code:

  • Is an enabling document that reinforces the LTSA’s commitment to ethical conduct and ensuring its workplaces are safe, and free from bullying, harassment and discrimination. 
  • Establishes clear and transparent processes with respect to the disclosure of any conflicts of interest and for conduct of any investigations into complaints or concerns.
  • Is considered to be a foundational document that helps the organization achieve its mission, vision, and values; especially those of accountability, integrity, and respect.

The renewed Code communicates changes related to the Privacy Management Framework and guidelines for social media use.
