The Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) has restructured its operating divisions, resulting in changes to key positions on the leadership team. 

The ParcelMap BC Adoption Working Group held its fourth working session on December 16, 2018.

This program was launched in November 2016 to ensure electronic filing subscriber compliance with Part 10.1 of the Land Title Act.

The Director of Land Titles has published new versions of land title forms now in effect, with plans to retire older versions of these forms on July 2, 2019.

The LTSA would like to wish everyone a safe and festive holiday season.

Prepared by BC Assessment, property owners in BC will receive their 2019 property assessment notices in early January 2019.

The myLTSA service is expected to be available this Sunday between 6:00am and 11:00pm.

The ParcelMap BC Adoption Working Group (AWG) is facilitated by the LTSA and ICI Society, with representation by participants from local governments, the Province, land surveyors and other stakeholder groups who can benefit from adopting ParcelMap BC.

Over 1,200 survey responses were completed.

This resource provides transparency to stakeholders on how and when improvements are applied to ParcelMap BC.
