Claim of Builders Lien Online Application Now Available

File a Claim of Builders Lien application online at ltsa.ca/FileCBL. The new online application includes the option to easily prepopulate key information. LTSA encourages customers to use the online form to submit an application online, by mail or in person.

Eugen Klein is Principal of Klein Group, Royal LePage Sussex, recognized as one of the top 10 national brokerage teams in Canada by Royal LePage. The firm specializes in commercial, project marketing and residential real estate brokerage services.

Eugen has over 22 years of experience in real estate investment and property management. Corporate consulting, investment acquisition, and land development are his fortes. In addition to his real estate practice, Eugen serves on a number of for-profit and not-for-profit boards, including the Arts Club Theatre and Arts Club Foundation boards.

Eugen holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. He was recognized with the “Top 40 Under 40” award by Business in Vancouver in 2013 and was the recipient of the Bentall Kennedy Literary Award in 2010. Eugen graduated from UBC with a Bachelor of Commerce in Urban Land Economics.
