- The nine-digit Parcel Identifier Number (PID) and legal description of the land, which can be searched for using BC Assessment’s e-valueBC website or found on your property tax assessment notice for the land or must be inserted in the form.
- There is no fee to file a Claim of Builders Lien.
- If you require confirmation of registration, please complete the Request Form for State of Title Certificate and for each title include payment of $14.31 for the Certification fee.
