Victoria Kuhl is Principal of Kuhl Consulting, a strategic communications and government relations practice that provides business counsel to corporate, provincial and local government clients on government relations, regulatory matters, strategic communications, community consultation and property development.

She is currently an advisor for Focus Equities for the Bayview Place development of a 20 acre managed community underway in Victoria. She had a key role during the design and approval process for the Roundhouse, a national historic site on the property. She continues to provide government relations counsel pro bono to non profit societies.

In 2009, Victoria completed two terms as a Victoria International Airport Authority Director on the Governance committee and the building committee during an extensive building expansion  She currently serves a founding member of the Health Professions Review Board as a mediator and tribunal member, is on the Victoria Foundation Board of Honorary Governors and is a member of the Royal Roads University Fellows Council, a member of the IWF (International Women’s Forum) on global affairs and a member of the CIC (Canadian International Council) global affairs.

She served two terms each as a Victoria School Trustee and a Saanich Councillor. During her six-year tenure as the Vice-Chair and a founding member of the former BC Gaming Commission as a licensing authority and a regulator she was a member of the NAGRA (North American Gaming Regulator) and a speaker at industry conferences North America wide.
