Land Title Practice Manual and Land Title Electronic Forms Guidebook ("Green Book")

  • These are essential references for all conveyancing professionals and legal support staff who electronically submit applications to the Land Title Office. They are available from the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia, are intended to assist those in preparing and submitting land title applications and are used by LTSA employees when examining applications for registration.

  • Contains useful information, such as the valid versions applicable for all Land Title Forms (Schedule A), the EFS Plans requirements (Schedule B), and the approval and retired dates of Land Title forms (Schedule C).
