Land Title Practice Manual and Land Title Electronic Forms Guidebook ("Green Book")

  • These are essential references for all conveyancing professionals and legal support staff who electronically submit applications to the Land Title Office. They are available from the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia, are intended to assist those in preparing and submitting land title applications and are used by LTSA employees when examining applications for registration.

Director of Land Titles Directions

  • New e-filing directions from the Director of Land Titles are now available. These directions reflect amendments to Part 10.1 of the Land Title Act and came into effect on November 15, 2019, replacing the Director’s Requirements related to e-filing.
