Please review our website resources and electronic filing services to access services such as:

  • Making Changes to Title (such as Filing a Claim of Builders Lien, Changing Name or Mailing Address, and making Changes to Ownership)
  • Search for a title using myLTSA Explorer (you will need to set up an account)

LTSA does not provide legal advice and staff cannot assist customers with:

  • Conducting land title searches over the telephone
  • Conducting Land Owner Transparency Registry searches over the telephone or at the front counter
  • Completing application forms for land title registration
  • Conducting historical, genealogical or other research into land title records
