Please be aware that LTSA’s Land Title Office front counters are open by appointment only. A new booking and visiting procedure is in place to protect the safety of our customers and staff. Land title services are delivered by the LTSA’s Customer Operations division.
The Director of Customer Operations is responsible for the examination of applications, and the Registrar of Land Titles oversees the registration of applications across our three land title offices. Applications are typically submitted by lawyers, notaries, land surveyors and Authorized Subscriber Register members.

The Registrar of Land Titles is responsible for the integrity of the land title system. Three Deputy Registrars support the Register by being accountable for all registration decisions within their respective land title offices.

According to the Land Title Act, customer operations staff can provide information about land title practice requirements, how to search the register and what registrations have occurred. They are experts in land title registration matters and can be counted on to be impartial.
