Claim of Builders Lien Online Application Now Available

File a Claim of Builders Lien application online at ltsa.ca/FileCBL. The new online application includes the option to easily prepopulate key information. LTSA encourages customers to use the online form to submit an application online, by mail or in person.

    LTSA will review your application to determine if it is complete and meets legal requirements. If your application doesn’t meet requirements, you will be mailed a notice explaining the problem.

  • Remove Paid-off Mortgage

    As at March 1, 2017, legal professionals and financial institutions are required to electronically submit mortgage releases to the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC.
