    • Working with LTSA

The Province through Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development is responsible for the legislative framework of BC’s land title and survey systems. While the LTSA is an independent statutory corporation, the structure of our relationship with the Province requires we work closely together and are guided by the Operating Agreement.
    • Working with LTSA

We provide support to First Nations and government in the later stages of the treaty process. The First Nations Summit provides input to the LTSA through the LTSA Stakeholder Advisory Committee, and nominates a Director to the LTSA Board of Directors.
    • Why Register Land

A reliable land title system, supported by a rigorous survey structure, forms an essential foundation for economic and social prosperity.
    • Using the LTSA Land Title Register

The LTSA’s land title register is where ownership of, and interests in, private land in BC are registered.
  • ASR Register

The Authorized Subscriber Register enables organizations that employ a statutory officer or BC commissioner to electronically issue and submit land title documents on the organization’s behalf, eliminating the need to retain the services of a lawyer or a notary public.
