Claim of Builders Lien Online Application Now Available

File a Claim of Builders Lien application online at ltsa.ca/FileCBL. The new online application includes the option to easily prepopulate key information. LTSA encourages customers to use the online form to submit an application online, by mail or in person.

While the LTSA is an independent statutory corporation, the structure of our relationship with the Province requires we work closely together and are guided by the Operating Agreement.

    The Authorized Subscriber Register enables organizations that employ a statutory officer or BC commissioner to electronically issue and submit land title documents on the organization’s behalf, eliminating the need to retain the services of a lawyer or a notary public.
