The introduction of Web Filing forms is one of several steps towards streamlining land title submissions, increasing efficiency and accuracy, and maintaining a secure and reliable electronic filing system.

All current titles from 1990 onward and most documents and plans are stored online and are available electronically via the LTSA’s Search Services access via myLTSA Enterprise. Land title records before the 1990s are stored in microfilm or in paper.

LTSA offers the Land Title Practice Manual (LTPM) in an online format with free access as an open resource to increase information transparency and access for our customers as well as help reduce defects, saving our customers valuable time.
