Can I use my personal BC Services Card to file a Claim of Builders Lien application for my employer?

When you login using the BC Services Card account, you become the applicant and you must ensure that if you are filing a Claim of Builders Lien on behalf of your employer you have authority to digitally sign the application.

The applicant information will be prefilled with your name, street address, city/town, state or province, postal code, country and email address from your BC Services Card. You can edit this information in the LTSA online application form, except for the name.
