Strata Plans Basic Amendments Part A
LTSA is pleased to present a multi-part series designed to deepen your understanding of strata plans. In this second session, we’ll dive into amendments pertaining to:
- designation and removal of limited common property
- adding, consolidating, or dividing strata lots
- adding a strata lot to common property
This session builds on Strata Plan of a Building – Part 1 and sets the stage for future topics, such as additional amendments, other strata plan types, and the wind up process.
Course objective: to advance customer knowledge, reduce filing errors, and encourage self-help through available online resources.
Who should attend? This course was designed specifically for legal professionals and land surveyors who prepare or submit strata plan packages.
Maximize your learning: To get the most out of this session, review Strata Plan of a Building – Part 1 and consult the Land Title Practice Manual Volume 3, focusing on Strata Property Act sections 74, 75, 258, 259, and 263 which will be covered in the webinar.
