[RESOLVED] System Alert: myLTSA Submissions —

An issue with myLTSA submissions has been resolved. For any customers continuing to experience issues call LTSA Technical Support for assistance: Greater Vancouver area: 604-630-9630, or elsewhere in BC, Canada and the US: 1-877-577-LTSA (5872), press Option 3. Thank you for your patience.

Customers are advised that packages are unable to be submitted and users are receiving a ‘Require User Action’ message.

We have identified the issue and are working on a resolution. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

An update will be provided when the issue is resolved.
