As previously announced, the ‘Declaration s. 49 Affidavit’ Web Filing form is now available. Though not compulsory, customers are encouraged to use this form in lieu of attaching a s. 49 affidavit to a form declaration. Avoiding attachments and using standardized language allows for automated review and provides customers with registration within 48 business hours from the time of submission. Expanded functionality for sharing forms between myLTSA deposit accounts will be introduced in the coming months.
