About BC Property Connect
BC Property Connect is a new service that allows you as a property owner to create a secure, digital connection between you and your property. Creating an account will help you stay up-to-date, act quickly, and make more informed decisions that support your property needs.
BC Property Connect is currently only available through our pilot program and has limited functionality. Additional features, such as connecting more than one property to an account, will be made available in late 2026.
Who is BC Property Connect for?
BC Property Connect was built for residential property owners in British Columbia, Canada. See how BC Property Connect can benefit you as a homeowner:
New homeowner
You just bought a property and there’s a lot happening at once. Knowing the moment anything changes on your title means you can focus on settling in without worrying about what you might be missing.
Established homeowner
You’ve built a lot of equity over the years. Staying on top of any changes to your title means nothing can happen to your property without you knowing about it first.
Landlord
With tenants in your property, knowing immediately if anything changes on title keeps you in control of an asset you aren’t always there to watch over.
Absentee homeowner
Being away for extended periods could make your property vulnerable. BC Property Connect can act as your early warning system for any suspicious title activity when you can’t be there yourself.

Building digital trust
BC real estate is valued at $2.75 trillion, making land ownership one of the most valuable assets for British Columbians. By fostering a secure and efficient land title system, LTSA helps create economic and social value in the real estate market.
The backbone of BC Property Connect is digital trust which ensures secure, privacy-preserving ways for people and organizations to share information and communicate online. Our partnership with the Government of BC allows you to share information through secure and familiar platforms like your BC Services Card account.
