Dana is a Chartered Director (C.Dir.) and has been an independent consultant since 2014. She has worked with public, private and NFP organizations to assist them in strategic and business planning, Board governance, resource development, and public infrastructure governance.
Dana has over 15 years of Board experience with private, public and NFP organizations. Dana is currently a Director on the Board of Mosaic Forest Management where she chairs the Governance, Compensation and Nominations committee.
Prior to 2014 Dana worked for the B.C. government for 30 years public during which time she held 6 Deputy Minister positions and was President and CEO of the BC Lottery Corporation, PavCo and Destination B.C.
Dana’s contribution to the public of B.C. was recognized in 2024 with the King Charles III Coronation medal. In addition, Dana was inducted into Canada’s 100 Most Powerful Women Hall of Fame in 2016 and received the Vancouver Influential Women in Business award in 2014.
