LTSA Director of Land Titles Issues Updated E-Filing Directions

The Director of Land Titles has issued updated E-filing Directions with changes made for the Ministry of Finance.

  • The Ministry of Finance is now able to submit or cancel crown debts and crown liens under ss. 168.22(3) and 168.32 of the Land Title Act.
