The Federal Government and its agencies search records and submit applications to the land title office for registration, and rely on the LTSA's data. The LTSA provides access to myLTSA Enterprise for federal government employees to search records and file applications to the LTSA.

Eligible federal government employees are invited to become members of the LTSA’s Authorized Subscriber Register which authorizes them to electronically sign forms commonly submitted to the land title office by the federal government.
