Claim of Builders Lien Online Application Coming Soon

This month, the latest land title application to be made available online for the public will be a Claim of Builders Lien. Accessed via LTSA.ca, the new Claim of Builders Lien online application will allow customers to prepopulate key information and easily copy address fields.

Shifting from using a paper-based form to a new online form will improve the accuracy and completeness of applications and prevent errors that delay registration times.

The BC Services Card app will be used to authenticate the identity of the applicant and to sign the form for online submissions. The option to fill out the application online and then mail in or deliver a copy of the completed application to a land title office will remain.

Offering online forms is a vital step to provide improved access to land title services.
