The Director of Land Titles has published updates to a selection of support materials to better assist customers with land title submissions.
The updates include:
- Supporting Documents for Electronic Applications
Amended hyperlinks for accuracy.
- Changes to E-filing Directions for Supporting Documents
Updated to reflect that designates may now have possession of a true copy instead of the original for a Form 15 Change of Address, Form 1 Notice of Interest Builders Lien Act, Form P Phased Strata Plan Declaration.
- Form 17 Help Guide
In relation to an Amendment to Filed Plan, the supporting document requirement has been updated to correspond with 106 of the Land Title Act.
