Please be aware that LTSA’s Land Title Office front counters are open 9 am – 3 pm, Monday to Friday by appointment only. Many common transactions are now available online. To book an in-person visit, contact 1-877-577-LTSA (5872) .

Is my information protected?

While you may access many different services using the BC Services Card account, your privacy is always protected. The BC Services Card Program can’t see the information a service, such as LTSA, saves about you. A service, such as LTSA, may save some of your information, but it is never shared between services. You will also see what information is shared by the BC Services Card account with LTSA.

BC Services Card account policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information are governed by sections 26(c), 26(e), 26(h), 32 and 33 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

Personal information is collected by LTSA under section 26(a) and 26(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act for the purpose of processing statutory applications, including receipt of payment where applicable.
