The BC Services Card app is digital ID on your mobile device. To set up the app, you need a BC Services Card.

You use the app to prove who you are when you log in to a service that accepts the BC Services Card app. You can access many different services, including Health Gateway, ICBC, Canada Revenue Agency and filing online applications for specific transactions with LTSA.
