The Director of Land Titles has updated the E-filing Directions as described:
- Revised links;
- Added requirement to complete public filing forms in compliance with the Public Filing Form Practice Guides;
- Added Land Tax Deferment Act Agreement as a charge released by the Crown under LTA s. 168.32(2);
- For members of the public, an application to change a name is applied for on the Change of Name on Title form instead of Form 17.
