LTSA’s Webinar Series Resumes This Fall

The Land Title and Survey Authority of BC (LTSA) is pleased to announce the Fall line up of webinars designed for legal professionals who prepare and submit land title applications. In these live one-hour sessions scheduled during the first week of each month, participants will learn best practices for completing packages and gain insights into how LTSA receives, processes and registers applications. Time permitting, the sessions will end with a question and answer period.

Fundamentals of Land Title Applications

In this webinar, you will learn about the most common forms (A, B, C (Release)), Natures of Interest, Corrective Declarations, and Capacity. A review of a sample title will connect the information submitted in a land title package to what appears on title. With this foundational knowledge, participants will be able to prepare registrable land title packages more easily and accurately, leading to quicker processing times.
