Claim of Builders Lien Online Application Now Available

File a Claim of Builders Lien application online at ltsa.ca/FileCBL. The new online application includes the option to easily prepopulate key information. LTSA encourages customers to use the online form to submit an application online, by mail or in person.

Rob Cutler

Vice President and Chief Product Officer

Rob Cutler is responsible for leading the organization in innovation, business development and product management.

Rob is an experienced executive who joined the LTSA in 2008, having worked in a number of different industries in both private and public companies including senior corporate, operational and client-facing roles with profit and loss responsibilities in HSBC Canada, the Loewen Group, and Accenture. Rob has played an important role in the development and implementation of LTSA’s corporate strategy throughout the past 12 years and brings deep business experience to the role of Vice President and Chief Product Officer.

Rob has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University in Ontario, is a graduate of the Human Resources Management program at BC Institute of Technology (BCIT) and holds the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and the Director’s College Human Resources and Compensation Committee Certification (H.R.C.C.C.) designations. In addition, Rob is a past member of the Dean’s Advisory Board to the BCIT HR Programs and the Board of Directors of the Certified Professionals in Human Resources BC & Yukon.
