Please be aware that LTSA’s Land Title Office front counters are open 9 am – 3 pm, Monday to Friday by appointment only. Many common transactions are now available online. To book an in-person visit, contact the Customer Service Centre at 1-877-577-LTSA (5872) .

Recent System Enhancements

Effective November 19, several enhancements will be introduced in myLTSA to improve system functionality. They include:

  • Search filters when viewing packages retained; no need to re-enter search parameters
  • ‘Validate Form’ and ‘Download Form’ buttons moved to the top of the web form for ease of use
  • Field length on all forms increased to 75 characters to accommodate longer individual last names and corporation names Validation errors and hyperlinks to external resources added to assist accurate form preparation

System enhancements to ParcelMap BC will also be available in the coming weeks. To provide a more robust and user-friendly experience, ParcelMap BC upgrades include vector basemap upgrades, ESRI Community Map of Canada and DataBC vector basemaps, clearer error messaging and strengthened security measures to ensure data safety.

Later this month, myLTSA login changes are being introduced as part of ongoing efforts to enhance security measures. Customers may notice minor formatting and other small variations to the login page. myLTSA functionality will remain the same.
