Customers filing a change of interest holders, or correcting information contained in a previously filed transparency report, per s.17 of LOTA, are reminded to file a new transparency report if parcel identifiers (PIDs) differ from the original filing.
If there are additional, fewer or different PIDs, customers should select ‘no’ in response to the question: “Is this TR being filed to update or correct a previously filed TR?
Prior to submission, an alert will be triggered if the PIDs don’t match with the original filing. Customers will be required to return to the “Create Report /Property Information page and select “No” in response: “Is this TR being filed to update or correct a previously filed TR?”
