An issue with the payment function of LOTR has been resolved. For any customers still experiencing issues, please call LTSA Technical Support for assistance: Greater Vancouver area: 604-630-9630, or elsewhere in BC, Canada and the US: 1-877-577-LTSA (5872), press Option 3. Thank you for your patience.

Customers are advised of an issue with the payment function of the Land Owner Transparency Registry (LOTR). Some customers are receiving the following message: “There was an error while saving data for the current form”. We are working to resolve the issue and thank you for your patience. An update will be provided at noon.
