Effective March 29, to further minimize duplicate data entry when preparing new or updating existing Land Owner Transparency Registry (LOTR) filings, customers can access active or submitted submissions and copy select information to another stand-alone transparency report. Personal information such as date of birth (DOB), Social Insurance Number (SIN), and Individual Tax Number (ITN) is excluded from this feature due to privacy concerns.
Previously released features include:
- copying and pasting select data after completing a transparency declaration and transparency report together;
- copying select content from a transparency report created incorrectly as part of a joint filing to a new stand-alone filing, and;
- carrying over select content from the active or filed submission tab in myLTSA into a new transparency report.
These and other ongoing refinements increase integration, accuracy, and efficiency.
