Effective July 10, several system enhancements are now operational.
- Search by owner name for historical property title and charges is available to myLTSA Enterprise customers. Previously, this information was only accessible when searching by parcel identifier or short legal description. Registered and cancelled titles and charges are now displayed in a new ‘status’ column, based on chosen search parameters. Standard search fees apply.
- Legal professionals with Juricert are now able to access, sign and submit Local Government Filing (LGF) forms in addition to Authorized Subscriber Register members. Review support material on Local Government Filing forms.
- Customers are also advised that a new filing number prefix – JA – has been introduced to the existing manual numbers series: WX, BB, LB and FB. Recently, LTSA also introduced the CB number series for electronic applications, replacing the CA series.
